I am so glad to share my success experience with my EB1B case, I submit my request 3years ago want to start my NIW application with them, but I didn’t provide any information until this year, I asked whether they could transfer my case from NIW to EB1B, they agreed immediately and also it was refundable if my case was denied! I started to provide my information in July, and got RL from my recommenders in middle of August, after that everything went very smooth, 10days got the PL from my lovely attorney MR.C. Organic Chemist with <250 citations and Posdoc position, I was skeptical about the outcome, especially because several fb groups had multiple users confidently stating that, PP results in RFE.
